City starts each year with overheads of around £500k, a formidable chunk of this is due to the CVA. Compare this amount to the overheads of other teams in our league, one example Notts. County, who start with £12k, it’s a massive disadvantage.

A 15-point deduction in the grand scheme of things is not a bad choice considering the cost of a CVA. A CVA can last 5, 10, 15 years and the effects can more or less cripple a club. As Director, there would only be only one choice, a one off punishment or a payment plan for the foreseeable future?

Furthermore, the stadium rent is a massive expenditure for our club. Why won’t Gordon Gibb enter into negotiations? He should look at how Rotherham so easily became DonValleyHam and take note! Who else would he rent VP to? On the other hand, I accept that the emotional relationship between Bradford City & Valley Parade would make a similar move very unlikely.
