Gibb must have paid a commercial amount for the ground otherwise it could have been challenged by Kroll as being unfair to creditors by preffering Gibb. Where the monies went is a matter of record . Normal commercial property terms include rent reviews - the most common period is 5 years. There is nothing unusual or underhand in Gibb's pension fund seeking this.The club can always negotiate but then again where would they move to ? Well are your facts right ?
