Last season Daley was guilty of this and failing to track back - he has improved no end and is now a key player for us - with a little more thought in his play Colbeck can be up there with him. In the 2nd half of games (Especially at VP) Colbeck drifts into an attacking midfielder role. I haven’t seen him near the Midland Road touchline in any of our last 3 home games. When Moncur receives the ball, Colbeck is all too often in the middle of the park. At one point on Saturday the fans had to shout at Colbeck to get wide.
