It is his willingness to fight that endears us to Boulding and I am glad he is staying - and on reduced pay! McLaren was bags of quality but his apparent lack of effort and commitment means that he will never be a favourite in my book and, unless Boulding's attitude makes McLaren follow suit, I won't mind seeing the back of him for next season.
